- Graduated from China Pharmaceutical University in 1987. Joined Academician Guojun Xu’s research group as M.S. program. Graduated from Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University with PhD degree.
- Joined P&G Japan in 1996 as a scientist.
- Became a committee member of Japan Cosmetic Industry Association as a representative of P&G Japan from 2004-2007.
- Joined Tomiki Corporation in 2009. Invited to become a professor of China Pharmaceutical University in 2019.
- Invited to become a special expert of China Cometic Expert Committee in 2022.
Main Research Area
Analysis, design and develop of cosmetics, development of cosmetic raw material and its specifications, efficacy, safety and effectiveness study of cosmetics, research and development of mechanisms of skin care products, development of functional cosmetics and traditional Chinese medicine cosmetics, industrialization of technical achievements.
Major Achievements:
Participated in developing the specifications of raw materials of daily use cosmetics in Japan.
Participated in authoring “Raw Material Specifications, Ministry of Medicine, Japan 2006”, which is still the specification that needs to be followed in Japan today.
